We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team at Alliance Automotive Group. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing employee salary data for a large number of employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments. The ideal candidate should possess experience in a Payroll environment, along with key qualities such as trustworthiness, honesty, confidentiality, communication skills, and responsiveness.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to organize documents and handle payroll-related tasks efficiently. You will also be the go-to person for addressing any questions or concerns from employees and managers regarding payroll matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll for employees
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies
  • Double-check all payroll transactions for accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience as a Payroll Administrator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
  • Ability to handle challenging queries and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience in a Finance or Accounting setting is a plus

This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
