Payroll Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to manage employee salary data and ensure accurate and timely payments for approximately 6 employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer all aspects of payroll for employees
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Review and adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Verify payroll transactions for accuracy
  • Identify and resolve payroll errors
  • Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
