Zest Business Group is seeking a highly skilled Optometrist Manager to join our team in North Shields, Tyne & Wear.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of opticians and manage the day-to-day operations of the practice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Ensure the practice is maintained to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Manage the stock and inventory of the practice, ensuring that products are displayed effectively and securely.
  • Operate the POS system and manage accounts for all transactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with operational standards and training modules to further knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an optician's practice, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused and sales-savvy.
  • Confident and reliable.
