Care Services Manager

Key Details:
Position: Care Services Manager Location: PRESTON Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, with a rotational on-call requirement Compensation: Up to £38,000 based on experience, plus performance-related bonuses.Given the nature of our operations and the responsibilities of this role, the ideal candidate must possess a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Overseeing the provision of exceptional care services Collaborating with clients and their families to deliver personalized care Leading your team to foster a safe and quality-driven service Ensuring safeguarding measures are in place Managing the recruitment, retention, and oversight of Field Staff Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings Supervising all staff while inspiring and motivating themWhat qualifications are we seeking?
