Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Worker. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our clients, building relationships and bonds with them, and delivering a range of tasks to support their daily needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centered care to clients, including meal preparation, administration of medication, personal care, and other tasks as required.
- Build relationships and bonds with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Deliver a range of tasks to support clients' daily needs, including shopping, housework, and escorting to appointments.
- Complete care notes and records of tasks undertaken with clients.
Requirements
- Must be able to work alternate weekends.
- Must have a smart phone.
- Must be able to work in a fast-demanding job.
- Must have flexible availability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a health and social care setting.
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
