About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at Qodea, the largest Google Cloud-only digital consultancy in Europe. As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in guiding our clients through the adoption and usage of new technologies and ways of working, ensuring seamless integration and effective change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and implement change across the business, focusing on outcomes and delivering results
  • Apply structured methodologies and lead change management activities, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption
  • Develop and implement strategies to foster seamless adoption of project or initiative technologies and transformations
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs, ensuring effective knowledge transfer
  • Analyse data to measure the success of initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Provide change and project leadership through the delivery of a portfolio of projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Manage relationships and develop credibility with key senior stakeholders across the group, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
  • Manage and influence contributors to achieve outputs against programme deliverables, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Be familiar with innovative, agile, and modern project management approaches, applying them to drive business transformation and growth
  • Identify, define, and track the benefits and outcomes required of the programme, ensuring effective measurement and reporting
  • Establish and implement mechanisms to deliver and measure benefits, ensuring effective return on investment
  • Lead on transition management, ensuring business as usual is maintained during the transition and changes are effectively integrated into the business
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience of working with C-level stakeholders
  • Understanding of change management methodologies, including ADKAR, Lewin, and Kotter, and the application of change management tools such as stakeholder analysis and impact assessment
  • Business and organisational analytical skills, with the ability to optimise change management projects and make recommendations based on results
  • Ability to confidently facilitate workshops to define stakeholder requirements, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement
  • Experience of managing stakeholders to deadlines, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Awareness of sector changes, with the ability to support broad thinking and inform solutions
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve work processes and make suggestions, driving business transformation and growth
  • Strong relationship builder, with the ability to adapt their style and gain buy-in to deliver results
  • Excellent communicator and influencer, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong, positive track-record of innovation and collaboration, with the ability to work with diverse teams in diverse locations
  • Experience of leading business-wide projects, with a demonstrable record of delivery against transformational programme outcomes
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of running change management initiatives
Desirable Skills
  • Recognised change management accreditation, such as PROSCI or AMP
  • Broad knowledge of Google Cloud and/or Google Workspace
