Job Title: Recruitment Compliance Coordinator

At Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Compliance Coordinator to join our People & Performance Team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise in HR and recruitment to ensure that all domestic and overseas candidates are recruited in line with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies in the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and manage the post-offer process, including DBS checks, references, and issuing contracts of employment.
  • Develop and maintain trackers and spreadsheets to monitor recruitment progress.
  • Travel to our care homes across England and Wales to assess documentation processes and provide training.
