Recruitment Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Compliance Coordinator to join our People and Performance Team at Hallmark Luxury Care Homes.
This key role will be responsible for ensuring all domestic and overseas candidates recruited into Hallmark Luxury Care Homes are recruited in line with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and policies
- Coordinate the post-offer process, including DBS checks, references, and issuing contracts of employment
- Utilize candidate management systems to track and manage candidate information
- Update and interpret trackers and spreadsheets to ensure accurate data
- Travel to Hallmark Care Homes across England and Wales to assess on-site documentation processes and provide training
