Job Title: Recruitment Compliance Coordinator

At Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Compliance Coordinator to join our People & Performance Team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your expertise in HR and Recruitment to ensure that all domestic and overseas candidates are recruited in line with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and policies
  • Coordinate the post-offer process, including DBS checks, references, and issuing contracts of employment
  • Update and interpret trackers and spreadsheets using Excel
  • Travel to Hallmark Care Homes locations across England and Wales to assess documentation processes and provide training
