Recruitment Compliance Coordinator

At Hallmark Luxury Care Homes, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Compliance Coordinator to join our People & Performance Team.
About the Role:
- Ensure all domestic and overseas candidates recruited into Hallmark Luxury Care Homes are recruited in line with regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Work within the People and Performance team, reporting to the Recruitment Compliance Manager.
- Responsible for the post-offer process, including DBS checks, references, and issuing contracts of employment with varying terms.
- Utilize Excel skills to update and interpret trackers and spreadsheets.
- Occasionally travel to homes across England and Wales to assess on-site documentation processes and provide training.
