Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deputy Local Service Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of staff to provide effective support to customers
  • Promote best practice and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, statutory partners, and external agencies
  • Support the Local Service Manager in managing the void process and ensuring effective support systems are in place
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
Requirements
  • Proven management or supervisory experience in a social care environment
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage conflicting priorities
  • Good understanding of health and safety and risk management principles
