About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development of new sales opportunities and the expansion of existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales leads and opportunities through targeted sales activities and business development initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Deliver sales presentations and pitches to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
