Join Our Youth Ministry Team

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Pastor to lead our youth work team at Telford Minster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strong youth work strategy that encourages young people to explore their identities, grow in confidence, and discover faith in Jesus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a strong youth work team
  • Encourage young people to explore their identities and grow in confidence
  • Develop and implement a youth work strategy that aligns with the mission of Telford Minster
  • Work with young people from years 6-13 from a wide range of backgrounds
What We Offer:
  • A two-year fixed contract with the option to review
  • A remuneration up to £29,228 based on experience

We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeing young people discover faith in Christ and is excited about working with young people in schools and in the community. If you have a vision to see churches full of young people, we want to hear from you.
