  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and effective youth work strategy.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of youth work programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in youth work, preferably in a church or Christian organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with young people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Knowledge of youth work principles and best practices.

What We Offer:

  • A two-year fixed contract with the option to review.
  • A competitive remuneration package up to £29,228 based on experience.
