We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Worker to join our team at a mainstream primary school in Shropshire and Telford. As a Youth Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their behaviour and providing a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the internal exclusion room and manage student behaviour
  • Oversee an internal exclusion programme to return students to their lessons better able to manage their behaviour
  • Manage and analyse behaviour data to positively impact student outcomes
  • Support students with their return to mainstream lessons and management after school impositions
  • Hold professional qualification/experience relating to work with young people
