About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our maintenance team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that our facilities are properly maintained and that any issues are identified and addressed promptly.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect facilities and identify any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including schedules, reports, and documentation.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our procurement team to ensure that all maintenance and repair work is carried out using the most cost-effective and efficient methods.

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds Parts SVQ 2/3 in Service & Maintenance or recognized equivalent.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical aspects of general building maintenance schedules.
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical installation, repair, and maintenance work.
  • Gas Safe qualified.
  • IPAF Operators Licence 3a + 3b.
  • PASMA Certified.
  • Harness.
  • Appointed Mechanical Authorized person.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Experience in computer PPM management systems (Concept 5000 and Evolution).
  • 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (I.E.E) Registration or recognized equivalent.
  • Experience in BMS, Automatic Controls, Building Automation Systems.
  • ACOP L8 Control of Legionella.
  • F Gas, C&G Level 2 Category 1 ODS Regulations.
