  • Client Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients generating over £1 million annually, with a focus on expansion and strategic development.

  • Financial Acumen: Manage client project budgets, develop budget trackers for ongoing campaigns, and provide regular reporting to the Client Services Director and Finance team.
  • New Business Development: Take a leading role in new business pitches, collaborating with the new business team from ideation to presentation.
  • Creative Excellence: Provide critical feedback on creative work, ensuring it aligns with client briefs and priorities. Oversee content production processes, including managing shoots with producers, directors, and editors.
  • Team Management & Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of Client Services professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
