Job Title: Sales Support Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a full-time and permanent Sales Support Administrator to join our client's team and provide administrative support to the sales function. This is a varied and fast-paced role that will allow you to take ownership and see orders from the initial order stage through to delivery to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales team during the offer stage - creating and amending quotations
  • Coordinate with the factory on technical information
  • Liaise with customers providing the best quality service
  • Provide product information and deal with queries
  • Process sales orders
  • Liaise with technical, field sales, and production teams
  • Coordinate delivery to the customer
  • Keep customers up to date with build-date and manufacturing lead times
  • Invoice customers
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in a similar Sales Administration role
  • Technical or Manufacturing experience would be an advantage
  • Customer service and rapport-building skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Detail-oriented with high attention
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work on your own initiative
  • Proactive personality
What We Offer:
  • Starting salary of £29,000-£32,000 per annum
  • Annual bonus of circa. £1,000-£2,000
  • 25 days of annual leave + Bank Holidays
  • Flexi-time hours - core hours of 9:30AM-3PM, outside of that is completely flexible
  • Monday-Friday
  • Ad-hoc work from home when required available - once or twice a month
