About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Sales Support Coordinator to join our Regional Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to our sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales team, including planning and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Authorise purchases and holiday requests on behalf of the managers.
  • Monitor and report on Health & Safety processes to promote a safe working environment.
  • Coordinate and monitor all forms of correspondence to ensure timely and appropriate responses.
  • Coordinate and report on budget and day-to-day spending to provide effective financial reporting.
About You

We are looking for an experienced administrator who possesses excellent organisational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and can prioritise a demanding and changing workload efficiently. You must also be able to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.

You will have experience in a broad range of administrative activities and be able to use a wide range of systems. You will already be confident with Microsoft Office packages and have experience using them to execute the following activities:

  • Manipulate and present data in Excel.
  • Create engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  • Effective diary and email management.
  • Create and distribute professional correspondence.
  • Build effective working relationships with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders.
