About the Role

The Sales Support Coordinator position within the Midlands & East Regional Sales and Agency team is a fantastic opportunity to deliver effective and efficient administrative support to the Regional Sales team.

As a key member of the team, you will have exposure to senior stakeholders across the business, requiring confidence to manage and engage with them. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating meetings, events, travel, and accommodation for the team.

You will also be responsible for:

  1. Authorizing purchases and holiday requests on behalf of the managers;
  2. Monitoring and reporting on Health & Safety processes to promote a safe working environment;
  3. Coordinating and monitoring all forms of correspondence to ensure timely and appropriate responses;
  4. Coordinating and reporting on budget and day-to-day spending for effective financial reporting.

About You

We are looking for an experienced administrator who possesses excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and can prioritize a demanding and changing workload efficiently. You must also be able to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to use a wide range of systems, including Microsoft Office packages, to execute various administrative activities. You will be confident in manipulating and presenting data in Excel, creating engaging PowerPoint presentations, and managing diaries and emails effectively.
