Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team at Prospero Integrated. As an Audio Visual Production Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality audio-visual solutions for live events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of audio-visual solutions for live events.
  • Conduct site visits to gather contextual information and build proposals for events.
  • Develop project specifications and deliverables, fostering a collaborative environment and adapting to unique event demands.
  • Utilize CAD skills to create visually appealing proposals that demonstrate project overviews and optimize event setups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to regular production meetings to manage workload, recognize achievements, and address challenges.
  • Create and present project documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard, ensuring company processes are followed and the customer experience is exceptional.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering high-quality audio-visual experiences and solutions, with a particular interest in live event production.
  • Experience with production equipment, technologies, and best practices in the audio-visual industry, especially within the context of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
  • Self-motivation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in project management.
