About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AV Event Production Manager to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events and productions, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Production Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including live, hybrid, and virtual productions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of events, including sound, lighting, video, and projection.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations to deliver exceptional service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our production team, including production managers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues and logistical challenges that may arise during events.
  • Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance, testing, and loading/unloading of AV equipment.
  • Project Management

Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, including venue liaison, kit list management, logistics planning, and crew booking.

Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in AV technical software and equipment, including sound, lighting, video, and projection.
  • Event Production Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in event production management, with a strong understanding of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and communicate key requirements to clients.
  • Problem-Solving: A natural problem solver with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CAD/drawing software programs and able to use own initiative to solve problems and learn about new technology.
