Job Summary

Prospero Integrated is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audio-visual solutions tailored to live event environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets through diligent pre-production to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audio-visual solutions.
  • Conduct site visits to gather contextual information and build proposals for events.
  • Develop project specifications and deliverables, fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation.
  • Utilize CAD skills to produce aesthetically pleasing proposals that demonstrate the overview of the project.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Contribute to regular production meetings with the team to manage workload, recognize achievements, and address challenges collaboratively.
  • Create and present project documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard, ensuring company processes are followed and the customer experience is the best it can be.

Requirements

  • A passion for delivering high-quality audio-visual experiences and solutions, with a particular interest in the dynamic and fast-paced world of live event production.
  • Experience with production equipment, technologies, and best practices in the audio-visual industry, especially within the context of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
