Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Prospero Integrated. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and managing project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality audiovisual solutions tailored to live event environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop project specifications and deliverables, fostering an environment of teamwork and innovation, particularly in adapting to the unique demands of each event type.
  • Site Visits and Proposal Development: Conduct site visits to effectively gather the necessary contextual information from which you will then build the overall proposal for the event.
  • Proposal Creation and Presentation: Utilize CAD skills to produce aesthetically pleasing proposals that effectively demonstrate the overview of the project, whilst ensuring that the setups are optimized for the specific format of the event.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Day-to-Day Duties:
  • Production Meetings and Project Documentation: Contribute to regular production meetings with the wider team to effectively manage workload across the business, recognize achievements, and address challenges collaboratively.
  • Proposal and Presentation Creation: Create and present project documentation, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all materials reflect the unique requirements of the event type and effectively communicate the value and quality of the offering.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects to a high standard ranging from full-scale productions to simple dry hires, ensuring company processes are followed and the customer experience is the best it can be.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Audiovisual Solutions: A passion for delivering high-quality audiovisual experiences and solutions, with a particular interest in the dynamic and fast-paced world of live event production.
  • Industry Experience: Experience with production equipment, technologies, and best practices in the audiovisual industry, especially within the context of live, hybrid, and virtual events.
