Pricing and Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing and Engagement Manager to join our team at Datatech Analytics. As a Pricing and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading client projects, managing engagement teams, and developing pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage client projects, ensuring successful outcomes and timely delivery.
  • Lead the problem-solving process and day-to-day management of the engagement team.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, including price strategy, product-price proposition design, and competitor analysis.
  • Mentor and coach junior staff to help them grow and perform at a professional level.
  • Manage client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and develop a professional network.
Requirements:
  • High calibre graduate from a leading university with a degree in a numerate subject.
  • Track record of successful project delivery and client management.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Interest in mentoring others and helping colleagues' development.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with SQL, statistical packages, R, and Tableau desirable.
