As a Project Leadership Manager, you will oversee a diverse team of skilled professionals and leaders. Your primary duties will encompass:
Team Leadership: Direct integrated project teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Aftermarket, and Business Development. Strategic Oversight: Formulate and manage project timelines, plans, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Financial Management: Oversee project profitability and manage multiple sub-tier suppliers. Continuous Enhancement: Drive initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and quality, while proposing proactive solutions to project challenges. Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating contract negotiations and business development activities.What We Seek:
Educational Qualifications: HND/Degree in a relevant technical field. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, JDE/SAP, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Relevant Experience: Proven program management capabilities with a track record of leading projects and teams in a matrix environment. Understanding of Earned Value Management and New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle.
