As a Project Leadership Manager, you will guide a multidisciplinary team of skilled professionals and team leaders. Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
Team Leadership: Direct integrated project teams across Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Quality, Aftermarket, and Business Development. Strategic Oversight: Formulate and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Financial Management: Oversee project profitability and manage program P&L while supervising multiple sub-tier suppliers. Continuous Enhancement: Execute initiatives to improve efficiency and quality, and propose proactive solutions to project challenges. Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating contract discussions and business development efforts.What We Seek:
Educational Qualifications: HND/Degree in a relevant technical field. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, JDE/SAP, and project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera. Professional Experience: Proven project management capabilities with experience in leading initiatives and teams within a matrix organization. Understanding of Earned Value Management and NPI product lifecycle (JDP, PDR, CDR, FAI).
