Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site/Plant Manager in the construction materials industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluent Business English, both verbal and written.
  • IT literate across Microsoft.
