Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at Sourced Recruitment Group Ltd, a leading construction business in the Northwest.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a successful construction company that specializes in new build construction and residential projects for Registered Providers and private clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction sites, including planning, coordination, and supervision of site staff and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design and quality requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct site staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and problem-solving.
