The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage construction sites, including planning, coordination, and supervision of site staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design and quality requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
