Job Title: Account Manager

At Lawes Consulting Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, building long-lasting relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Account Development: Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to clients and the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze client performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a related field, with a strong track record of business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or finance.
