About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team at Alex Young Recruitment Ltd. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a small team of maintenance professionals in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance on power, single, and three-phase systems.
  • Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with distribution boards, fuse boards, and other electrical systems.
  • Monitor and maintain BMS systems, UPS systems, and other critical infrastructure.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including security checks.
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors and other stakeholders to achieve maintenance objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and performance metrics.
Requirements
  • City and Guilds qualification with 18th edition certification.
  • Am2 or NVQ level 3 in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record in commercial maintenance.
  • Ability to pass a security check.
