Job Title: Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including PPMs and reactive maintenance, in a high-profile corporate head office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks, including PPMs and reactive maintenance
  • Work on electrical and mechanical systems, including three-phase and single-phase systems, building management systems, and electrical monitoring
  • Perform tasks such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, FCUs, AHUs, HVAC plant, water treatment, and air conditioning and chillers
  • Work on a large blue-chip company's commercial offices
  • Work as part of a small maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
Requirements:
  • Apprentice-trained
  • Electrical - City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
  • 17th/18th Edition
  • 2391 Test & Inspection
  • Client-facing
  • Commercial building maintenance experience
Package:
  • Basic salary of £44-46,000 + £1,200 shift allowance - up to £47,200 package
