Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Property Development Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of projects across various sectors, including commercial, student accommodation, and cut & carve.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of projects from conception to completion
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and contractors
What We Offer
Our client offers a competitive salary, up to £85,000, and a 5-10% discretionary bonus. Additionally, they provide a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for 3 days per week in the office.
