About the RoleThe Regional Clinical Care Specialist will partner with the Care Quality, Governance, and Quality Director on clinical projects and initiatives, providing project management support to the Programme Manager, and delivering high-quality, relationship-centred care.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Care Quality, Governance, and Quality Director on clinical projects and initiatives.
- Provide project management support to the Programme Manager, assisting with training on systems and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality, relationship-centred care to residents and staff.
- Registration with the NMC.
- Eligibility to register with CQC.
- Excellent leadership skills and proficiency in medications and electronic care planning systems.
