Healthcare Operations Manager

As a Healthcare Operations Manager at DaVita, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in an outpatient clinic setting. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve clinic efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with regional operations directors to identify and address employee and patient concerns.
- Manage financial resources to ensure the clinic operates within budget.
- Partner with clinical teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in a related field strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience in management or equivalent renal experience.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
- Current CPR certification required.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $87,000 - $139,000 per year.
