Healthcare Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our renal facility, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the clinical team to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with regional operations director to identify and address employee and patient concerns.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
- Minimum of one year experience required in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
