We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services across our residential care homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular audits and compliance checks to ensure homes meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Support Regional Managers and Home Managers in achieving performance targets and delivering excellent quality care.
- Conduct provider reviews and home visits to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
- Investigate complaints and safeguarding referrals, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care experience for residents.
Requirements:
- Strong background in nursing and/or residential care in the elderly care sector.
- Good CQC track record and nursing qualification.
- Full driving licence is required.
