About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care team in Croydon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to adults in need, working closely with colleagues and partners to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage complex cases, providing support and guidance to individuals and their families
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, working in partnership with service users, carers, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of social work policies and procedures
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams, sharing knowledge and expertise to improve practice and outcomes
