We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable social worker to join our team in Croydon Adult Services. As a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, empowering and supporting individuals who need signposting, community support, or direct help from the Council.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with team members to provide strength-based support to service users
- Develop and implement person-centered plans to meet the needs of service users
- Contribute to the development of our services, sharing ideas and best practices with the team
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have qualified as a social worker in the last 2 years and not have completed an Assessed and Supported Year in Employment previously. You will also need to demonstrate a commitment to team working, enthusiasm for contributing to the development of our services, and an ability to work flexibly in response to a rapidly changing public service environment.
