About the Role

The Churchill Living Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Planning Issues team. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Managing Director and the team. Your duties will include:

  • Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinating the Managing Director's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Document Preparation: Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Data Entry: Entering data into our procurement system, COINS, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking travel and accommodation for team members as needed.
  • Meeting Support: Preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and distributing meeting notes.
  • General Administration: Performing general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
