We are excited to announce a new opportunity within our Administration team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

About the Role

The Office Administrator will be an integral part of a dedicated team, providing essential administrative support to our Property Transfer and Legal administration teams. This role is vital in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently, particularly in assisting our retired homeowners and managing retirement developments.

The responsibilities of the Office Administrator are divided into two key areas: three days will be spent within the Property Transfer team, while two days will focus on operational and financial administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering administrative assistance to legal and operational teams, including property transactions, finance, and property services.Managing a busy email inbox and responding to inquiries promptly.Coordinating with solicitors, land registry, homeowners, and their families.Conducting large-scale mail merges and dispatching correspondence to homeowners.Providing reception cover when needed, handling post, deliveries, and visitor inquiries.Utilizing various communication channels such as phone, email, and MS Teams professionally.Maintaining office standards, keeping records current, and managing meeting room bookings.

The working hours are from 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Thursday, and 09:00 to 17:00 on Fridays.
