This role is crucial as it positions you as the initial point of contact for the business, welcoming all visitors and clients to the office.

In addition, you will provide essential administrative support as needed, primarily from the reception area.

Although there is a dedicated telephonist, you will also be responsible for managing any overflow calls.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Welcoming clients upon their arrival with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Managing incoming calls and relaying messages.
  • Providing administrative support to the Ringwood office as required.
  • Handling postal and DX duties.
  • Upholding a high standard of client service at all times.
  • Being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Performing photocopying, filing, and electronic filing tasks.
  • Assisting with document archiving.
  • Processing client payments and photocopying identification in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
  • Coordinating and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Executing all other general office responsibilities.
  • Managing the car park registration system.
