Office Coordinator
Wild Recruitment is seeking an Office Coordinator who will efficiently oversee daily operational tasks, encompassing fundamental financial record-keeping, compliance with health and safety regulations, and comprehensive reporting.

Key Competencies:
Exceptional communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and proficiency in managing multiple responsibilities while adhering to deadlines.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the smooth operation of administrative functions.
2. Maintain documentation related to Environmental, Health & Safety, including regular assessments and reporting.
3. Coordinate necessary training sessions for the operational team.
4. Ensure accurate record-keeping of compliance documents.
5. Provide support in project execution.
6. Document and distribute minutes from weekly and monthly meetings.
7. Order essential supplies for warehouse and logistics through the purchasing department.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driving license.

Benefits:
£27,000
Monday to Friday, standard office hours
On-site parking available
20 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), increasing by one day each year for five years.
