Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Capital Equipment

Join BMS Performance, a leading manufacturer of bespoke production equipment, as an Area Sales Manager - Capital Equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a range of fluid handling equipment to process industries across the southern half of the UK.

About the Role

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be the key contact for clients in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and chemical manufacturing sectors. Your primary focus will be on identifying and developing opportunities for sales growth by gaining a clear understanding of clients' needs and conducting product testing.

  • Sell fluid handling equipment to process industries
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct product testing and demonstrations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Requirements
  • Proven track record selling fluid handling equipment to process industries
  • Exceptional customer development skills
  • Structured, organised, sales trained, and able to present complex solutions to customers
  • A true team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment
  • Driving licence
What We Offer
  • £50,000 to £60,000 basic salary DOE
  • OTE £10,000 - £15,000 commission, uncapped, paid monthly
  • Company car, or car allowance, mobile phone, laptop
  • 25 days' holiday, plus Bank Holidays
