Key Responsibilities

  • Nurture and manage existing relationships with supporters and donors to secure sustainable funding for the Cathedral's mission and activities.
  • Develop and implement innovative fundraising strategies to diversify income streams and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fundraising efforts with the Cathedral's overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the fundraising team to drive results and achieve excellence in fundraising practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in fundraising from a variety of sources, with a strong focus on major gifts and strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in managing and developing fundraising teams, with a focus on building a high-performing culture.
  • Strong understanding of the charitable sector and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, donors, and team members.
