The successful candidate will provide administrative support within the Service, the community centre, and in conjunction with the PROACT SCIPr UK Team. Your hours will be approximately 20 hours for Larkfield each week and 10 hours for the PROACT SCIPr UK Team.

What will you be doing?

The successful candidate will provide administrative support within the Service, the community centre, and in conjunction with the PROACT SCIPr UK Team. Your hours will be approximately 20 hours for Larkfield each week and 10 hours for the PROACT SCIPr UK Team.

You will contribute to the effective running of the office, setting up and maintaining systems and processes, taking minutes of meetings, and sharing information with colleagues as required.

You will support and liaise with customers on behalf of the service, in relation to service delivery or financial expenditures.

You will be based at Larkfield in Ely for the majority of the week; however, you will need to be able to travel within the county to support the PROACT SCIPr UK Team.

You will be required to take bookings and maintain records for the Community Centre and the PROACT SCIPr UK Team, ensuring that we maximise the use of the building.

About you

You will require grade A -C GCSE in English and Maths.

You will have a good working knowledge of IT systems and applications, particularly Microsoft apps such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Teams.

You will need to be able to plan and organise your workload effectively, managing your own priorities while supporting your colleagues and the SCIP Team.

You will need the ability to work in a challenging, demanding and rewarding environment.
