Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with temporary contracts, inform managers, and chase accordingly
  2. Assist with probation period reviews and appraisals, send appropriate forms to managers, and chase accordingly
  3. Participate in Human Resources-related projects and provide assistance, views, and feedback when required
  4. Update and maintain the staff database and provide statistical HR-reports when required
  5. Update and maintain HR policies and procedures and monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, providing feedback when required
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement and efficiency of HR systems and strategies
  7. Deal with recruitment, placing advertisements, arranging selection interviews, and all other administrative tasks related to recruitment
