Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Leadership: Provide strategic guidance and direction to the HR team, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Talent Management: Develop and execute talent acquisition and development strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and improvement through organizational design, change management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the administration of HR systems, processes, and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Proven track record in a senior HR role, with expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
