Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Management Coordinator to join our team at Undisclosed. As an Order Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of orders from entry to collection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and proactively manage the entire process of fulfilling customer contracts, from order entry to collection, to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Monitor and optimize sales transfers, order entry, and backlog quality to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, order updates, and sales leads.
  • Ensure orders are validated, compliant, and approved before entry, and monitor customer plans versus actuals to reduce span in order fulfillment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management or order management, with a strong understanding of contract management principles.
  • Excellent administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities, with a customer satisfaction-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in administrative and/or order management roles, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
