Job Title: Flexible Adviser

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flexible Adviser to join our team at Fortune Brands Innovations. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Conduct regular site visits to monitor and assess health and safety practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  3. Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure health and safety considerations are integrated into all aspects of our business.
  5. Maintain accurate records of health and safety incidents, near misses, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  1. NEBOSH general certificate or equivalent.
  2. A minimum of 2 years' experience in a relevant role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  4. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
